Synopsis
Jake Huard, from a shipbuilders family, promised his dying mother he’d make it to Annapolis Naval Academy. Thanks to tenaciously bugging a Congressman he’s selected, despite dubious grades. Once inside Jake soon proves sub-standard academically.
